Hello and welcome to Blue Dahlia Blog!

Blue Dahlia Blog is an offshoot of my full time passion - massage therapy and holistic wellness. My business, Blue Dahlia Bodyworks is currently an owner operated (that's me!) massage business located in Fairbanks, Alaska. We are continually growing and adding services and the dream is to expand BDB to include meal plans/prep and personal training; This is our approach to offering a full range of bodywork services and addressing the body as a whole.

So I figured, why not start a blog documenting my own personal (and professional) journey with some of my favorite things!?
